Job Description Summary
Radiation Therapy (RT) is a key strategic pillar for GE HealthCare’s Oncology Care pathways Therapy Guidance strategy. As Clinical Applications leader, you will be on the Global Oncology Care Pathways Team in GE HealthCare. The role will provide global clinical expertise and leadership on shaping our multi-modality (CT/MR/MI) imaging & digital solutions products to be the best in class in Radiation Therapy Imaging applications and Oncology care area that leads to positive experience and outcome for our customers. The role will work very closely with commercial/product management/clinical teams and other cross-functional teams internally and as well as customers externally. The role is also responsible for supporting leadership with increasing the footprint of GE RT solutions and building mindhsare with Key Opinion Leader (KOLs).
Job Description
Essential Responsibilities:
Business development and commercial enablement
- Collaborate with multi-modality RT product leaders, regional marketing & commercial leaders to act as RT imaging SME for commercial deals, marketing campaigns and customer related application projects.
- Provide expertise for clinical marketing and training to develop and to disseminate clinical education collateral globally (including value propositions and objection handling messaging).
- Support install base escalated customer sites as needed, assisting engineering in issue investigations.
KOL development
- Establish and maintain close contacts with clinical community (directly and through sales organization) to build a network of high-profile customers for advanced application and reference sites development.
- Deliver clinical, scientific presentations for global customer seminars, training events and congresses (ASTRO, ESTRO etc.,).
- Organize and participate in Medical Advisory Board meetings to build application roadmap and provide input to product development.
New product development
- Work closely with Product Management to identity strategic portfolio needs
- Provide clinical input to the RT product management, marketing and engineering teams for product development.
- Support or organize external evaluations for new product development, assisting in the feedback processes, tracking methods and collect anonymized image data for engineering investigations of performance.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in STEM Majors or equivalent.
- Highly qualified in multi-modality imaging and digital applications in Radiation Therapy environment.
- Candidate should be comfortable working with key RT department stakeholders: Radiation Oncologists, Physicits, Dosimetrists.
- Experience in communicating scientific data (talks, posters, papers)
- Excellent communications skills - both verbal and written in English
- Proven experience leading cross functional initiatives, and/or large global projects.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of time

- PhD in STEM Majors or equivalent
- Ability to work in a highly independent manner as well as in team, able to contribute collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

La radiothérapie (RT) est un pilier clé de la stratégie d’orientation thérapeutique des parcours de soins en oncologie de GE HealthCare. En tant que responsable des applications cliniques, vous ferez partie de l'équipe mondiale des parcours de soins en oncologie de GE HealthCare. Vous travaillerez en très étroite collaboration avec les équipes commerciales/gestion de produits/cliniques et d'autres équipes interfonctionnelles en interne ainsi qu'avec les clients en externe. Vous serez également chargé(e) de soutenir le leadership pour développer nos solutions en radiothérapie et pour partager des idées avec les principaux leaders d'opinion (KOLs).
Responsabilités Essentielles
Développement commercial
- Collaborer avec les chefs de produits RT multimodalités, les responsables marketing et commerciaux régionaux pour agir en tant que PME d'imagerie RT pour les accords commerciaux, les campagnes marketing et les projets d'application liés aux clients.
- Fournir une expertise en matière de marketing clinique et de formation afin de développer et de diffuser des supports de formation clinique à l'échelle mondiale (y compris des propositions de valeur et des messages de traitement des objections).
- Soutenir les sites clients de la base installée selon les besoins, en aidant l'ingénierie dans les enquêtes sur les problèmes.
Développement relations KOL
- Établir et entretenir des contacts étroits avec la communauté clinique (directement et via l'organisation commerciale) pour construire un réseau de clients de haut niveau pour le développement d'applications avancées et de sites de référence.
- Réaliser des présentations cliniques et scientifiques pour des séminaires clients mondiaux, des événements de formation et des congrès (ASTRO, ESTRO, etc.).
- Organiser et participer aux réunions du conseil consultatif médical pour élaborer une feuille de route d'application et contribuer au développement de produits.
Développement de nouveaux produits
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les managers des produits pour identifier les besoins stratégiques du portefeuille.
- Fournir une contribution clinique aux équipes de gestion des produits RT, de marketing et d'ingénierie pour le développement de produits.
- Soutenir ou organiser des évaluations externes pour le développement de nouveaux produits, en aidant aux processus de retour d'information, aux méthodes de suivi et en collectant des données d'images anonymisées pour les enquêtes techniques sur les performances.
Qualifications Requises
- Master en spécialisation STEM ou équivalent.
- Hautement qualifié en imagerie multimodale et applications numériques en environnement de radiothérapie.
- Le(a) candidat(e) doit être à l'aise de travailler avec les principaux intervenants du département RT : radiooncologues, physiciens, spécialistes en dosimétrie.
- Expérience dans la communication de données scientifiques (exposés, affiches, articles)
- Excellentes compétences en communication - à la fois verbales et écrites en anglais
- Expérience avérée dans la direction d'initiatives interfonctionnelles et/ou de grands projets mondiaux.
- Volonté de voyager jusqu'à 25 % de temps

- Doctorat en spécialisation STEM ou équivalent.
