PE Transport

We are looking for a Senior Analyst/Associate to join our Private Equity Investment Team - Transportation and Logistics Funds.The candidate must have the ability to lead the analysis and execution of investment and/or financing opportunities, and must have the capacity to understand complex acquisition structures and the structuring of operations from a financial, legal, tax, etc. point of view. A very high level of spoken and written English, advanced modelling knowledge and great analytical skills are essential. The Position:The candidate will be part of the investment team participating in the following tasks:Investment and financing opportunities analysisPreparation of valuation models (LBO, DCF, Accretion - Dilution, etc.)Analysis of financial statements, business models and other company/project informationReview and monitoring of companies´ due diligence reports (financial, legal, tax, labor, commercial)Negotiation of contracts within the framework of opportunity sale and purchase and financing.Preparation and presentation of investment proposals to the investment committeePreparation of fundraising presentations and marketing materialsSupport in portfolio management Role Requirements:Between 3 and 6 years of experience in investment banking, M&A, private equity, project/structured finance, etc.Experience in preparing valuation models independently (essential requirement)Experience in the review and execution of contracts (SPA, financing, etc.)Fluent in English and SpanishExcellent academic recordProactive attitude and ability to work autonomouslyStrong analytical skills and attention to detail About Everwood Capital:Everwood Capital is an alternative investment fund manager regulated by the CNMV specialized in Renewable Energy and Transport & Logistics investments.
