El càrrec de formador és el fonament del nostre èxit com a organització. Els formadors són experts a crear el millor servei d’atenció al client, o d’experiència del client, a les nostres botigues. Són responsables de captar l’atenció dels nostres clients i connectar amb ells, compartir informació sobre els productes de gran qualitat i parlar amb sinceritat sobre la nostra comunitat i cultura.

Responsabilitats clau de la feina

Experiència del client

Interactuar amb els clients per garantir una experiència excel·lent d’una manera que mostri que valorem el seu temps. Avaluar les necessitats dels clients per ajudar-los i oferir experiències de compra i de retorns efectives i personalitzades. Oferir informació tècnica sobre els productes tot explicant-ne el valor i els beneficis. Facilitar una experiència completa excel·lent per als clients, tot garantint transaccions precises i ràpides, i seguir els programes omnicanal rellevants del mercat (per exemple, les opcions de comprar en línia i recollir a la botiga, vendes per telèfon i enviament des de la botiga) d’acord amb els estàndards de l’empresa Moure’s amb dinamisme per la planta per interactuar de manera continua amb els clients i satisfer les seves necessitats o les de la botiga. Escoltar els comentaris dels clients i col·laborar amb els gerents de botiga per prendre mesures i fer “correccions” per als clients. Treballar en equip

Contribuir a un entorn de feina respectuós i inclusiu, on s’accepten i se celebren les diferències, per garantir que tant els membres de l’equip com els clients tinguin una experiència favorable i interessant. Establir relacions de suport i productives amb tots els membres de l’equip. Dur a terme tasques de presentació de productes (per exemple, tornar a lloc els productes, reomplir o afegir articles esgotats a la planta de l’inventari, reduir l’estoc o tornar a col·locar articles) segons els estàndards de l’empresa. Utilitzar la tecnologia de la botiga per contribuir a les operacions i proporcionar una experiència positiva als clients. Dur a terme tasques de neteja quan sigui necessari durant el torn per mantenir l’ambient luxós de la botiga. Entendre i seguir les polítiques i els procediments de seguretat del personal per mantenir un entorn de treball segur. Idoneïtat

Estar autoritzat o autoritzada legalment a treballar al país on està situada la botiga. Tenir 18 anys o més. Tenir autorització per treballar i documentació relativa als requeriments legals nacionals (només a EMEA). Poder desplaçar-se a la botiga assignada amb els seus propis medis de transport. Disponibilitat

Disponibilitat per treballar en horari flexible, la qual cosa inclou vespres, caps de setmana i festius. Altres requisits

Estar disposat o disposada a treballar en un ambient amb llums brillants i música alta. Estar disposat o disposada a moure’s per la botiga durant la major part del torn per ajudar els clients i fer una bona treball. Estar disposat o disposada a moure caixes que pesin fins a 13,6 kg. Estar disposat o disposada a treballar com a part d’un equip i també a completar determinades tasques de manera independent. Job Summary:

The Educator role is the foundation of our success as an organization. Educators are experts in creating world-class customer service, or guest experience, in our retail stores. They are responsible for engaging and connecting with our guests, sharing top-quality product education, and speaking authentically about our community and culture.

Key Responsibilities of the Job

Guest (i.e., Customer) Experience

Interact with guests to ensure a great guest experience in a manner that values guests’ time. Assess guests’ needs to provide customized, effective purchase and return solutions and support. Provide technical product education by articulating the value and benefit of the product. Facilitate a seamless end-to-end guest experience by conducting accurate and timely guest transactions and executing market-relevant omnichannel programs (e.g., buy online/pickup in store, phone sales, and ship from store options) according to company standards. Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage with guests and attend to guest or store needs. Receive guest feedback and partner with store leadership to take appropriate action and “make it right” for guests. Working with Others

Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences to ensure a supportive and engaging experience for all team members and guests. Establish supportive and productive relationships with all team members. Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal guest experience and support store operations. Operations

Perform product presentation tasks (e.g., put items back in place, restock or add depleted items to the floor from inventory, destock or relocate items) according to company standards. Use in-store technology to support store operations and provide positive guest experiences. Perform cleaning tasks as needed throughout the shift to maintain the luxury environment of the store. Understand and adhere to people safety policies and procedures to maintain a safe work environment. Perform work in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and laws or regulations.
