We are currently partnering with a leading global medical aesthetic company specializing in energy-based devices. They are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to join their Iberia team. If you are passionate, driven, and prepared to take a strategic approach to marketing, this opportunity could be ideal for you. In this role, you will have the chance to craft and implement innovative marketing strategies, support sales and clinical teams, and oversee impactful external events. The ideal candidate will be inspiring and creative with a proven track record in developing and executing marketing strategies, possessing strong marketing acumen and a consumer-focused mindset.Strategic Role Responsibilities:Align the company's marketing strategy with regional sales objectives.Drive the next phase of the company's marketing for indirect channels.Translate global strategies into localized plans and balance consumer demand with HCP lead generation.Participate in long-range planning to ensure profitable growth.Operational Role Responsibilities:Create product positioning, sales literature, and advertising materials for target audiences.Implement in-country marketing blueprints, including product launches and communications strategies.Manage events strategy, including KPIs, budgeting, and creative development.Prepare launch packages and provide sales support for new products.Requirements:Experience in consumer marketing within the beauty, aesthetics, and cosmeceuticals sectors.Digital marketing skills for executing campaigns focused on customer acquisition and brand awareness.Ability to lead brand strategy and public relations.Fluency in both Spanish and English
