Circular Economy Senior Specialist

Votorantim Cimentos is hiring a Circular Economy Senior Specialist within the Sustainability and Innovation Department.This position will provide support in the Circular Economy Company Road Map management, guaranteeing the correct production of the factories and compliance regulatory, ensuring that legal requirements on pollution prevention are met through the substitution of traditional raw materials for alternatives.Main Functions:Work on the circular economy strategy to achieve the company's decarbonization objectives.Provide support to factory operations team in terms of alternative raw materials (ARM) and alternative fuels (AFR).Supply management of materials for their use in cement factories.Coordinate ARM/AFR needs between producers, operations and logistics. Search for new suppliers and carry out negotiations.Manage the necessary documentation and requirements with producers.Supervise the quality and environmental management, producers and production process.RequirementsEnvironmental Sciences Degree, Chemistry, Mining Engineering, Industrial or similar.Desirable: Knowledge in circular economy, alternative fuels and raw materials, waste management, byproducts, or similar.Experience: At least 5 years in a similar position/area in industrial sector.Required knowledge: Advanced level of business management programs such as Excel or Power PointLanguages: B2 of English. Valuable Portuguese.Willingness to travel.
