We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team in Ibiza, who will be responsible for supervising all the studio’s activities. You will lead the operation to improve promotion, effectiveness and profitability, implementing strategy formulation, training and motivation.

The role includes:

 

Ensure that projects and their development comply with established protocols and quality standards, in search of constant improvement.Recruit, support and monitor our team members, responding to their needs on any matter related to Human Resources management.Oversee the financial situation and cost control; economic forecasts and establishing plans for monitoring, control and improvement thereof.

 

Essential role requirements:

 

Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Spanish & English.Experience in the position, preferably in the landscape / building or similar sector.Available to relocate to Ibiza if not already resident.Driving licence & own transport
