RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and implement of platform integrations into BASF digital landscape.
Ensure high-performing operational integration of the platform.
Define and execute the needed review and monitoring processes
Interact with salesforce on upcoming releases and fixes
Interact with our product teams (sales/marketing/service/commerce)
Monitor and manage integrations • Contribute to and follow integration guidelines proactively.
Define and execute operational data management processes.
Implementation of user stories with focus on salesforce and SAP integration
QUALIFICATIONS
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in relevant Business/IT studies
Experience in Salesforce integration with external systems
Data mapping and transformation expertise
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting of integration issues Internal
Commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with Salesforce releases and best practices.
An entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to foster a positive and energized culture.
A growth mindset with a curiosity to learn and stay updated with integration best practices.
Team player with strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
You can demonstrate fluent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
Familiarity with SAP integration methodologies and technologies
