Senior Bookkeeper

We are seeking a Senior Bookkeeper on behalf of our client in the FEC (Family Entertainment Center) industry. The primary responsibilities of this role include managing both accounts payable and receivable, recording and reconciling invoices against purchase orders, and ensuring accurate reconciliations of incoming payments and outgoing payments.If you believe you possess the required skills and experience, we eagerly await your CV.Duties and Responsibilities:Accounts payable and receivable - record A/P invoices and reconcile to existing purchase order, reconcile incoming payments. Reconcile outgoing payments, bank accounts, foreign currency exchange differences and intercompany accounts.Payments suggestion form, initiate payment approval cycle and execute accordingly.Reconcile, and book monthly payroll.Statutory forms and reports for external provider.Monthly report and prepare detail analysis compared to budget and forecast.Monthly forecast.Yearly budget.All accounts and resolving discrepanciesFinancial statements and working with the auditorsPeriodic reports according to corporate guidelines and terms.Requirements:Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Accountant or Bookkeeper.
