Estamos buscando un/a Corporate Controller & Reporting Analyst para multinacional con oficinas en Hospitalet de Llobregat.
En este rol, tus responsabilidades serán:
Reporting directo al responsable del área de Controlling e indirecto a la Dirección Financiera.Reporting mensual a Holanda de EEFF y KPIs financieros y no financieros. Desarrollar y mantener modelos financieros en Power BI con KPIs para las diferentes líneas de negocio de Distribución, así como para las divisiones de Fabricación e Instalación.Coordinar el proceso de planificación presupuestaria (proyecciones de ventas, márgenes, otros gastos operativos y necesidades de inversión) con las diferentes áreas de negocio, Headquarter y equipos de controlling locales para la elaboración del presupuesto anual.Estudios de viabilidad de nuevas aperturas y análisis de retorno de inversión.Liderar el reporting de Capex a las líneas de negocio y al HQ de Holanda.Participación directa en la fase de integración de los procesos financieros y no financieros de las empresas adquiridas para integrarlos en los estándares de reporting del Grupo.Preparar informes financieros y presentaciones ejecutivas por línea de negocio para la alta dirección.Preparación de presentaciones ejecutivas y business case para el HQ de Holanda participando en las reuniones de decisión.Reporting de cuentas de resultados a delegados de más de 50 tiendas, directores regionales y directores de área.Identificar y liderar iniciativas de mejora continua en los procesos financieros y de negocio.Encajarás a la perfección si dispones de:
Formación universitaria en Administración y Dirección de Empresas, Economía, Management o similar con especialización o estudios posuniversitarios de Contabilidad y Finanzas.Entre 3 y 5 años de experiencia en auditoría financiera o en posiciones de controlling/reporting.Nivel avanzado de inglés.Conocimientos avanzados de Excel con capacidad analítica para diseñar cuadros de mando con los KPIs relevantes de cada área de negocio.Se valorará conocimientos de PBI.Actitud proactiva en cuanto a mejora continua de procesos, estándares de calidad de reporting, ganas de aprender y aportar valor al negocio.Experiencia en trabajar con sistemas de información diferentes con rápida capacidad de adaptación.Beneficios
