Description As an Insurance Broker, fluent in English and German, Russian, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish, or Swedish, you will play a vital role in promoting and selling insurance products to clients. Your linguistic skills will enable you to effectively communicate with a diverse clientele, assess their insurance needs, and provide tailored coverage solutions to meet their requirements. Responsibilities: Client Consultation: Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' insurance needs and recommend suitable coverage options in their native language. Sales Generation: Proactively generate leads, network, and engage with potential clients to expand the client base. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on insurance products, services, and industry trends to articulate benefits. Policy Management: Assist clients in understanding policy terms, processing claims, and resolving any issues proficiently in their native language. Compliance: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies. Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service to foster trust and loyalty. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets. Qualifications: Fluency in English and one more language (from example – German, Russian, Norwegian, Danish, Swedish, Finnish). Preferred experience in sales or customer service within the insurance industry. Excellent communication skills. Strong negotiation abilities and sales acumen.
