About this role:We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator / Business Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) for the NL & Nordic markets inAmsterdam,who is responsible for the execution of various business operations activities on our channels within the markets. The focus of this position is to improve the flow of efficiency across teams and to enhance customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day business operations activities, ensuring all marketing placements are in accordance with commercial agreementsCoordination of marketing strategies (campaign, newsletter, content and social media) & creative assets necessary for commercial supportMonitor and optimize the performance of campaigns & KPIs accordinglyProduce regular commercial reports, such as pitch decks and case studies, to be presented to our internal and external stakeholdersYour Profile:At least 1 year of experienceworking in an affiliate marketing, sales operations, marketing, or agency roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or related fieldFluent in spoken and written English & DutchFluency in any Nordic language would be an advantageKnowledge of G-Suite Packages (Sheets, Docs, Slides)An analytical mindset with enthusiasm to work with numbers, statistics and chartsDetail-oriented and able to take pride in the quality of workTeam player: you let yourself be inspired by the experience of your colleagues and inspire your team with your commitmentOur Benefits:A culture that cherishes your individual and professional developmentAn open-minded team that embraces new ideas, perspectives, and methodologiesFlexible hybrid working scheme with the possibility of working abroad for up to 6 weeksCloud-based company32 days of paid vacation + your birthday offGlobal and local get-togethers#LI-CT1
