Logistics Technician

About the position We have an exciting opportunity for a Logistics Technician to join an established team at Kongsberg Automotive. This position involves To be a point of reference for our customers, maximising their service, complying with service standards and order conditions. Delivering the required products in time, form, type and quantity. Responsibilities The main functions of the position are: - Management of customer orders through SAP. - Attention to complaints that customers may have through their ERPs, as well as by e-mail or telephone. - Control of the stock of products to be shipped, ensuring the correct functioning of the logistics chain until they reach the customer. - Piloting the 8D arising from a logistical incident with a customer. Requirements If you have strong organization and time management skills and feel that you have a systematic and positive approach to dealing with issues and customers this may be the right position for you. To be successful in the role you must have: Bachelor's Degree, Diploma or Higher Degree in the subject. Highly valued knowledge and experience in SAP High level of English, spoken and written (B2 or higher) 2 to 5 years of previous experience in logistics or purchasing departments.  Advanced Office user (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.) What we offer Fast paced global environment with endless opportunities.
