Desde Walters People nos encontramos en búsqueda de un perfil de Market Researcher / Lead Generator para una empresa de Ingeniería especializada en el diseño, integración y mantenimiento de redes de telecomunicaciones con más de 20 años en mercado.

Sobre la Posición:

En dependecia del Director Comercial de la compañía y trabajando en estrecha colaboración con los
equipos de marketing esta posición deberás realizar investigaciones de mercado para identificar tendencias, oportunidades y desafíos en los mercados objetivo.

Funciones Principales:

  • Identificar y calificar clientes potenciales.
  • Identificar oportunidades de ventas a través de enfoques proactivos y
  • estratégicos.
  • Establecer los primeros contactos a través de las diversas herramientas.
  • con clientes potenciales y capacitarlos para pasar a las ventas.
  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones con clientes potenciales.
  • Mantener y actualizar registros en CRM

Requisitos:

  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de Inside Sales / Market Researcher.
  • Se valora experiencia previa en operaciones de Contact Center
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicación y negociación.
  • Capacidad para realizar investigaciones de mercado de forma eficaz.
  • Fuerte sentido crítico, proactividad y organización.
  • Orientación a resultados y atención al detalle.
  • Conocimiento de herramientas y técnicas de investigación de mercados.
  • Enfoque en resultados y mejora continua
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en el sector de Tecnologías de la Información.
