¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?

Reporting to SAP Operations Leader, the main assigments will be:

Collaborate actively in the definition and implementation of the company vision and strategy within the SAP PM area.Analyze existing maintenance processes and recommend improvements to streamline and enhance efficiency, ensuring maximum uptime and availability of critical assets.Collaborate with other SAP modules such as Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), and Quality Management (QM) to integrate maintenance processes seamlessly and improve overall business performance.Oversee the management of master data related to equipment, functional locations, maintenance plans, and task lists, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and integrityStandardize the work order processes and procedures in the different Plants.Collaborate in the route map definition and deployment for future corrective and preventive strategies to minimize the equipment downtime, streamline the costs and improve reliability.Act as the key point of contact for the business counterparts, as well as other global and local IT colleagues.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

SAP Senior Consultant - PM must be an expert in his domain with a track record of competency in the field of SAP PM and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including global programs / organizations.

Sustained leadership in a large organization involving multiple stakeholders.Management skills, including staff training and development.Experience in SAP S/4 HANA implementations and roll-outs.Experience in establishing financial and non-financial metrics and KPIs for reporting and performance management.Proficiency in master data management, work order management, and asset tracking using SAP Plant Maintenance.Experience in designing and managing a complex project roadmap/pipeline.Demonstrated experience in leading initiatives and driving process improvements in the maintenance area.
