We are looking for an Official Tour Guide Coordinator to help us grow and scale in Málaga destination. This position will report directly to the Operations Director of the company. Guide from Malaga and its surroundings, our entire portfolio of experiences. Team management of guides and coordination with local providers. Operational control of our excursions in destination. Troubleshooting. Product development. *Please refrain if you do not have official tourist guide accreditation. Requisitos : What are we looking for in the ideal candidate? *Essential high level of English and Spanish. (All our experiences are in English at 80%) *Demonstrable knowledge about Málaga (history, culture, and society). *Official Guide certification. *Demonstrable knowledge about Ronda, Pueblos Blancos, Tanger, Sevilla Cordoba and Granada. *Experience in team coordination and guiding in the tourism sector. *Experience in leading groups and working as a team. *We value problem-solving skills, commercial vision, and initiative. *Availability and flexibility. *Resident in Málaga
