The Role 📜

Brand Studio is focused on building the Factorial brand. We’re a small team of creatives, designers, strategists, filmmakers, and storytellers who work together to make things that positively impact Factorial. We are the think tank that uses creativity, design, and storytelling to create experiences that connect Factorial to the people.

What Will You Be Doing

Translate brand essence into captivating visual assets that resonate with diverse audiences.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints.Champion innovation and experimentation in design to keep our brand fresh and relevant.Develop and maintain design systems that streamline workflows and ensure brand integrity.Balance creativity with problem-solving, always keeping the end-user in mind.Embrace feedback, iterate relentlessly, and never settle for mediocrity.

Whether it's creating design systems or perfecting typography, you're a master craftsman with a keen eye for detail. Branding guru: You're not just a designer; you're a brand ambassador. Your understanding of branding principles, art direction, color theory, and typography sets you apart as a true connoisseur of visual communication. Collaborative spirit: Working in the Brand team means being at the epicenter of creativity. You'll interact with every corner of the company, from marketing to product development. Requirements 📚

Proven experience in branding and digital design, with a keen eye for detail and a flair for innovation.Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and motion design tools.Strong understanding of branding principles, art direction, color theory, and typography.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects with grace and precision.Excellent communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex ideas into compelling visual narratives.Fluent in English (both written and spoken) – Additional languages? Bonus pointsPortfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, demonstrating both creativity and strategic thinking.
