¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Responsible for leading, developing & executing Pharma sales strategy in collaboration with external Pharma Distributor, (main contact with the external Pharma Distributor)Responsible for building the Budget with Pharma Distributors and establishing main KPIS:Sell tru, Sell out, Share of Market, Distribution in the 3 key type of customers…Manage Pharma P&L, demand, investment and other internal KPIs.Monitoring Colgate & Key Competitors Key activities in an Omni Channel market and do proper sell out analysis to bring recommendations and actions plans.Provide Professional and Pharma perspective: insights & innovative solutions.
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
A successful 'KAM - Pharma OTC' should have:
A degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.Experience in Key Account Management, preferably in Pharmacies.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.A strong understanding of the OTC pharmaceutical market.Proven track record in achieving sales and business objectives.¿Cuáles son tus beneficios?
