What You Will Do

We are seeking an Oncology Informatics Consultant to provide expert guidance on the adoption and optimization of Elekta Oncology Solutions. The role involves managing and taking ownership of assigned clinical consulting projects or sub-projects, acting as a subject matter expert on Elekta's informatics portfolio from a clinical workflow standpoint. The consultant will engage with key stakeholders, support new implementations from the pre-sales stage to clinical go-live, and offer ongoing post go-live support through our Clinical Consulting Service. This role requires up to 50% travel across Europe.

Responsibilities:

Analyze current and future states, design innovative clinical workflows according to specifications, and guide customers through the education and adoption journey to ensure full implementation of the designed solution.

Provide ongoing guidance to customers during the implementation and monitoring phases of solution deployment.

Support the pre-sales phases, especially for complex Oncology Informatics (OI) projects, by offering content, demonstrations, and expert guidance to maximize the OI portfolio.

Serve as a knowledge expert for clinical workflow design, optimization, and deployment methodology, staying updated on new OI products and versions and contributing to methodology improvements.

Collaborate with the Principal Training Manager to coordinate training plans and assist application specialists in delivering related training.

Deliver impactful demonstrations of Oncology Informatics products, working closely with the Sales team.

What You Will Bring

We are seeking a new colleague who is a strong multi-tasker and experienced in covering a broader region (including the associated travel). The ideal candidate can work autonomously while being an excellent team player at all levels, possessing strong interpersonal skills. You should demonstrate solid business comprehension and acumen, with a focus on building and maintaining customer relationships. High ethical standards, values, and good judgment are essential. Additionally, you should have:

Bachelor's Degree (clinical or business-oriented) or equivalent knowledge acquired through business experience.

At least a few years of work experience in radiation therapy.

Comprehensive knowledge of computer tools/IT skills.

Solid change management knowledge.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Fluent in English and another European language.

It would be advantageous if you have previous experience working with our products and/or have a clinical background.
