For Electronic (House) Music EVENTS in Barcelona, we are looking for an EVENT PLANNER living in Barcelona to help us organizing our events.

This is a fully-remote part-time role; 10 hours/week. We offer a temporary contract likely to be extended. Compensation is fixed + % profits.


Responsibilities:


Coordinate all aspects of our events end-to-end.Source venues, photographer, DJs, equipment, door-host, security, lights.Keep budget in mind when outsourcing services.Keep our SMM updated (who’s in charge of content & advertising).Promote our event.Manage the guest-list.Arrange decoration within the venue.


Skills:


Music Events planning experience.Budgeting outsourced services.Creative and autonomous.Familiarity with the house music scene (DJs & Venues).Knows suppliers to outsource these tasks.
