What you will enjoy doing
- Support the Operations Manager to set and maintain the Operational Excellence Culture in the organization to achieve a balance between increasing productivity and reducing costs in the production
- Continually improve and optimize operational processes in alignment with global and divisional ALPLApharma Standard
- Prepare the Daily Management System (DMS) and analyze data relating to operational KPI and ensure that targets are met
- Support local processes responsible in the implementation of new management tools, standards or the execution of improvement projects
- Assist in budgeting, KPI planning, capacity, resource planning and investment planning
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to define productivity goals together
- Ensure all health and safety standards are met to keep the production area accident-free
- Education in industrial engineering or similar
- Experience ideally in Plastic Industry or similar in the area of production/operations steering/controlling/planning
- Result oriented work style with solid analytical skills
- Project Management skills
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- English Skills on a professional level
