The purpose of this position is to ensure an efficient order management process. The role involves placing and changing customer orders in the ERP system and driving automation of order management using ESKER (AI system) and / or EDI.
The role will need to take actions to secure completeness and validity of the order.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES:
-To manage the order management processes within the BLC, ensuring efficient performance.
-To place the order and manage any changing orders in the ERP systems.
-To drive automation of the order management processes using ESKER.
-To monitor/a regularly the order status and provide updates in the business.
-To receive, track and validate the orders and confirm delivery dates.
-To take actions where appropriate to resolve any queries in a timely manner.
-To liaise with stakeholders, departments on a regular basis to resolve any queries or incomplete status's.

Requisitos

¿Qué ofrecemos?
EDUCATION: Graduated Degree in a business discipline such as supply chain, operations, sales
EXPERIENCE IN A RELATED BUSINESS DISCIPLINE: At least 5 years of operational management in an automotive or industrial / manufacturing business working within sales, customer service, supply chain functions. ( Experience dealing with EDI orders would be a plus).
IT SKILLS : Knowledge of MS Office programs (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of ERP systems an advantage
LANGUAGE: High English level
