Desde la división de mass market Cosmetics de Beiersdorf, con centro de trabajo en Madrid, buscamos perfiles de prácticas para dar soporte al Category Shopper and Customer Marketing en las siguientes áreas:


Analizar el rendimiento de la actividad promocional tanto de Nivea como de competidores en los diferentes canales e identificar posibles áreas de mejora trasladables a los planes promociones con los clientesIdentificación de oportunidades de optimización del surtido y propuestas de implantación y señalización que deriven en mejorar la experiencia de compra y aumentar la conversión tanto en la tienda física como en el e-commerce.Realización de argumentarios y presentaciones a clientes basadas en datos objetivos y recomendaciones para el desarrollo de las ventas de la categoría.Definir el plan de activaciones de la marca en cada categoría para cada canal de distribución.Apoyar la puesta en marcha, ejecución y seguimiento del plan anual por categoría y por cliente.


Tu perfil:


Licenciado en Empresariales/ ADE, (recomendable buen expediente académico)Formación de postgrado o máster (recomendable)Manejo de tablas dinámicas de Excel y capacidad analítica (requisito)Conocimientos de Nielsen (recomendable)Capacidad de persuasiónPosibilidad de Convenio en prácticas 12 meses full-time.Nivel alto de castellano e inglés.
