Position Snapshot
Together with your primary Community of Practice Lead and Product Manager, you will be:
Participating in the development and promotion of the technology which supports the business requirements in the area of Marketing Automation, Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS) and Chatbots .
Providing knowledge, consultancy and advisory within your area of expertise.
What you’ll do
Provides deep specialist consultancy, guidance and support in their specific specialism (Marketing Automation, CPaaS and PaaS).
Supports the technical activity (design, build, testing) in a significant or complex Innovation initiatives, accountable to the Innovation or Product Manager for the delivery and quality of technical deliverables.
Coordinate technical consultancy assignments which involve specialists from various disciplines advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.
Make recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services through the use of (emerging) technology and technical methods and methodologies.
Provide business with deep technical expertise, advising on best technology solutions, translating the business vision into technical vision.

Minimum qualifications:
Proven track record in the solution configurations: Design & Build, Integration with systems
“MUST HAVE” Experience and Technical knowledge on- Platform as a Service (PaaS) such as Azure or equivalent solutions. - Communications Platform as a Service (CPaaS) such as Twilio or equivalent solutions.
“NICE TO HAVE” Experience and Technical knowledge on- Marketing Automation solutions such as Salesforce. - Customer Data Platforms such as Segment and Treasure Data.
Curiosity to learn, a can-do attitude and receiver obsessed mindset.
Configuration development, Quality review, Performance testing, Security testing, Compliance and GDPR.
Vast general knowledge of other solutions (Personalization, Marketing Automation, Mobile, Content Management, Direct to Consumers, Consumer Data Capture and Data Governance).
Bachelor's degree in computer science, system analysis or a related study, or equivalent experience.
3+ years of hands-on experience in at least one relevant specific technology.
