Funciones
Responsable de la consecución de objetivos (ventas y KPI).Garantizar el servicio al clienteSelección, gestión y formación del equipoAnálisis de clientes, tendencias de compra e información competitiva para impulsar el negocio.Gestionar Loss PreventionResponsable directo del cumplimiento del Loss Prevention dentro de la tienda.Gestionar inventariosParticipar en nuevas aperturas y asistir a todos los trainings requeridos; puede ser necesario viajarMantenimiento del Visual según los estándares de PumaEjecutar todos los requisitos necesarios para mantener un entorno de trabajo seguro y conforme para el staff de tienda
Requisitos
