Within the “Consulting and Solutions” division, you will join the ESG Consulting team as a Senior Consultant. You will have the opportunity to: Support financial institutions in their projects of: ESG strategy definition and execution. Compliance with ESG regulatory changes: SFDR, European Taxonomy, CSRD, Climate Change Awareness of ESG issues. Manage projects related to ESG issues. Contribute to the development activities of the “Consulting & Solutions” division. Contribute to strategic and regulatory oversight: anticipate regulatory changes and new market trends in the field of ESG. New market trends in the field of sustainable finance. Contribute to research in sustainable finance, in particular by: Developing market research on the ESG maturity of companies. Preparing and conducting webinars. Writing articles published in the financial press. Participating in the ESG analysis of unlisted issuers or in the development of risk models (climate, biodiversity). You will work under the responsibility of the ESG Consulting Director. You will work in close collaboration with the ESG analyst teams and benefit from the expertise in the various activities of the EthiFinance Group, which will allow you to gain ESG expertise.4 years of higher education, such as business school, political science or engineering; an academic component in social and environmental responsibility or responsible investment would be an asset.Strong interest in sustainable finance.At least 2 years of experience in the field of sustainable finance in a consulting firm, management company or an extra-financial rating agency.Good knowledge of the ESG regulations (SFDR, European Taxonomy, CSRD).Fluent English and Spanish. Position can be in Madrid or Granada.Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint.Analytical mind, synthesis capacity.Autonomy, versatility and adaptability.Strong team spirit.
