  • Perform administrative tasks efficiently and accurately.

  • Act as a liaison between our clients and the external accounting firm, facilitating communication and ensuring tasks are completed on time.

  • Utilize knowledge of Spanish accounting practices to understand and coordinate financial requirements.

    • Minimum Education: High school diploma

    • Additional courses and informal training

    • Minimum Experience: At least 3 years

    • Demonstrable experience as an administrative assistant in the accounting department

    • Proficiency in computer skills (Microsoft Office package)

    • Knowledge of accounting and tax declarations

      Profile: The role primarily involves administrative tasks, but the candidate should have knowledge of Spanish accounting as they will act as an intermediary between our clients and the accounting firm to which we outsource our accounting tasks.

      Ideally, candidates should be Dutch-speaking, but proficiency in English is also acceptable.
