What You'll Do

Be the client's main point of contact: You'll be the friendly face our clients look forward to hearing from. You'll manage client relationships, ensuring they're thrilled with our services and continuously supported Drive client success: Understand client goals, provide regular updates on their business health metrics (Shopify revenue, CAC, blended ROAS, etc.), and identify opportunities for upselling additional servicesKeep projects on track: Get budgets and KPIs from clients, check if targets are realistic, and break down these targets by timeframe and channel with our specialist team. You'll make sure deadlines are met and that we have the resources we need to deliverOwn the communication: Host client calls (monthly updates, strategy sessions etc), answer their questions, and manage any issues that come up. You'll know when to involve our specialists and when to handle things on your ownBe a problem solver: Stay on top of client needs and follow up on action points, identifying solutions that fit their business goals. You'll also know when to say no - and do it gracefullyCollaborate and innovate: Work closely with our specialist teams to ensure client expectations are met and exceeded. Whether it's strategy design, implementation, or campaign optimization, you'll be in the loop and ready to jump in

Requirements

Great communicator: You can translate complex data into simple, actionable insights. You're clear, concise, and personableProject management pro: You're organized and detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with easePlatform savvy: You know your way around at least one ad platform (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or ecommerce tool (Shopify, Google Analytics). You don't have to know them all, but you should know enough to hold your own in a conversationProactive and diplomatic: You're comfortable taking the initiative and know how to handle conflicts diplomatically, always with the client's best interest in mind(Bonus) Specialist background: If you've worked as a specialist in one of the platforms we use, you'll fit right in
