Über die Rolle:

Diese Position ist verantwortlich für die HR-bezogenen Prozesse in den Ländern Deutschland, Österreich und in der Schweiz. Der bevorzugte Standort für diese Position ist Barcelona, wo sich das EMEA HQ und das EMEA Shared Service Center (SSC) von ZimVie befindet. Die ist eine hybride Position mit Möglichkeit im Office und von zu Hause zu arbeiten.

Ihre Hauptaufgaben:

-Betreut  alle HR-bezogenen Aspekte des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus für unsere rund 50 Mitarbeiter/innen in Deutschland, Österreich und Schweiz
-Verantwortet die Rekrutierung in der Region sowie Aktivitäten zur Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter/innen
-Stellt die korrekte monatliche Gehaltsabrechnung in Zusammenarbeit mit den externen Gehaltsabrechnern sicher
-Unterstützt die Implementierung aller HR-bezogenen globalen und regionalen Programme, wie z. B. den jährlichen Performance Management Cycle
-Unterstützt die Manager bei der Durchführung der jährlichen Schulungsplanung und bei der Ermittlung des Bedarfs; organisiert Schulungs- und Entwicklungsaktivitäten
-Arbeitet mit externen Anbietern in Bezug auf HR-bezogene Themen wie Gesundheit und Sicherheit sowie Sozialleistungen zusammen
-Bereitet Disziplinarmaßnahmen vor und führt diese in Abstimmung mit den Managern durch
-Bereitet Statistiken und Berichte vor, die von internen oder externen Stakeholdern angefordert werden
 

Ihr Profil:

-BA- oder Master-Abschluss in HR oder ähnlichem (z. B. Wirtschaft, Recht, Psychologie) oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im HR-Bereich
-Idealerweise mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung als HR-Generalist in den DACH-Ländern
-Deutsch als Muttersprache und fließende Englischkenntnisse sind obligatorisch; Spanischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
-Fundierte Kenntnisse des lokalen Arbeitsrechts, der Gehaltsabrechnung, der Vergütungs- und Leistungssysteme, der Aus- und Weiterbildung sowie der Talentakquise
-Gute Selbstorganisation und professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
-Sehr gute Service- und Businessorientierung und ausgeprägtes Gespür für Vertraulichkeit
-IT-Kenntnisse in MS Office und HR-bezogenen IT-Programmen, idealerweise Success Factors
