Performs in service, courses, demos, hospital staff training for the use of the products.Regularly visits Customers to meet their needs, increase customer loyalty, guiding the Customer in the correct use of the products and answering technical questionsSupports internal sales team trainingHelps maintaining the technical documentation up to date and organised for easy retrieval, including the translation or validation of some regulatory, marketing, and training materialsSupports the delivery of technical documents for tenders, together with the sales teamSupports organisation of congresses including presence and demos at the standSupports MKT activities from a Clinical perspective, both internally (new businesses integration) and externally (Customer events)Willing to travel around Spain & Portugal

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Bio-medical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field. Advanced degrees Significant experience working in a clinical setting within the healthcare industryProduct Knowledge: Deep understanding of products and services, including surgical equipment, sTechnical Skills: Proficiency in using medical devices and equipment, along with a strong aptitude for learning new technologies. Familiarity with clinical software and systems is advantageous.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate complex clinical concepts to diverse audiences, including healthcare professionals and non-clinical stakeholders.Travel: Willingness to travel extensively within the Iberian region, including Spain and Portugal, to conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and provide on-site support to customers as needed.Regulatory Knowledge: Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards applicable to medical devices and healthcare facilities
