Nuestra startup ha desarrollado un innovador software de control de costes específicamente diseñado para el sector de la construcción, un sector que en la actualidad se encuentra muy poco digitalizado.
El objetivo del SDR será generar y calificar leads, construir relaciones iniciales con potenciales clientes y preparar el terreno para que los Account Executives puedan cerrar las ventas.
Para ello, tus funciones serán:
Contactar con clientes potenciales de acuerdo con una lista de empresas.
Descubrir si hay posibilidades de negocio mediante llamadas telefónicas, email u otras formas de comunicación.
Identificar a los responsables de la toma de decisiones y cuáles son sus necesidades y averiguar cómo podemos resolverlas.
Agendar meetings para los ejecutivos de cuentas.
Garantizar la transferencia de la información del cliente potencial al sistema.
Colaborar estrechamente con los equipos de marketing y cierre de ventas.
Cumplir o superar los objetivos de desarrollo de ventas
Requisitos:
Grado universitario o similar. Se valorará muy positivamente que la persona posea el grado en arquitectura técnica y le apasione el mundo de las ventas.
Se valorará conocimientos en inglés.
Buscamos una persona con carácter comercial.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
Persona proactiva, entusiasta, organizada y a la que le gusta trabajar por objetivos.
Se trata de un rol estimulante y emocionante que pondrá a prueba tus habilidades de comunicación, tu capacidad de trabajo y tu habilidad para mantenerte enfocado y seguir un plan.
