Tasks

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's real estate services on social media platforms.
Coordinate and execute digital marketing campaigns on social media such as Instagram, Facebook and Tiktok.
Create content for marketing materials such as brochures, website, and advertisements.
Organize various projects, events and open houses.
Analyze marketing data and metrics to track performance and optimize marketing efforts.

Requirements

Background and experience in marketing, communications, or related field
Knowledge in graphic design and branding
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in marketing tools and software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Spanish and English
