Mission

This is a key position to guarantee a smooth implementation, a position with an expected duration of two years, aligned with the timeline of Almirall’s global new HRIS implementation project.

The role will be part of the Global People Admin, Labour Relations and Compensation and Benefits, and will be focused on the implementation of the processes related to that department such as HCM, Benefits, Labour Relations, etc.

This role will involve working closely with the implementation team and various departments to ensure accurate capturing of organizational needs within the HRIS platform across our global operations.

Core Responsibilities
  • Perform as a key part of the HRIS implantation global team, acting as a liaison between the external and internal implementation team, as well as the affiliates.
  • Ensure that all departmental requirements are correctly reflected and integrated into the system.
  • Collaborate closely with the implementation team and relevant departments to ensure accurate capturing and integration of organizational requirements within the HRIS platform.
  • Provide comprehensive support in configuring, testing, and troubleshooting different modules within the system to meet the diverse People & Culture needs of our business.
  • Assist in data migration and ensure data accuracy and consistency throughout the implementation process, adhering to global data protection and compliance standards.
  • Prepare training materials and coordinate training sessions as well as give support to the Communication and Change Management process.
  • Act as a global point of contact for addressing any system-related issues and providing timely solutions during the implementation phase.
  • Support the corporate function during the transition period.
Experience and profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant area such as IT, Human Resources, Business Administration or others.  
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Significant prior experience in supporting global HRIS implementations, such as Workday or Success Factors
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse global teams and stakeholders, demonstrating strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of global HR processes.
  • Knowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance standards is a plus
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage complex global projects and ensure consistency across various regions.
  • Project management experience, ideally with agile methodology
