Interim HRBP

As the Interim HRBP, you'll step into a pivotal role within the Human Resources department during a maternity leave absence, ensuring continuity and excellence in HR operations within our international organization. Your mission is to provide comprehensive support across all HR areas, ensuring compliance and contributing to the overall success of the organization, particularly in an international setting.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Collaborate closely with leaders across departments to provide strategic HR support, fostering a culture of inclusivity and effectiveness.

- Advise and support managers and employees on HR matters, including recruitment, development, performance and talent management, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, overseeing recruitment and selection processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals and values. This includes job postings, resume screening, interviewing, making job offers, and administering the onboarding process.

- Manage local HR operations, including employee administration, ensuring timely and accurate processing of payroll.

- Partner in managing the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to professional development, performance management, and offboarding, providing comprehensive support.

- Maintain effective communication with employees across the organization, ensuring a positive work environment and promoting a culture of collaboration and commitment.

- Drive HR initiatives, participating in strategic planning to identify improvement opportunities and contribute to the implementation of policies and programs that reflect the global and local needs of the organization in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

What you´ll bring:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. A Master's degree or additional training in HR is a plus.

- Previous experience of at least 3 years in HR roles, preferably as an HRBP or in a similar role.

- Knowledge of Spanish labour laws and experience in their practical application in an international environment.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.

- Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Customer orientation and ability to build trust relationships with different stakeholders, both nationally and internationally.

- Availability to cover the position for a minimum of 8 months due to maternity leave.
