En este momento, buscamos profesionales con experiencia en proyectos de SAP HCM con conocimientos funcionales sobre procesos de RRHH.

¿Qué buscamos ti?

- Poseas titulación superior
- Valorable certificaciones SAP HCM y buen nivel de inglés
- Poseas experiencia de al menos 4 años en servicios o proyectos de implantación de Nómina española y Tiempos
- Deseable participación en proyectos de migración SAP HCM y S4 Hana.

Entre tus funciones:

- Adaptar la parametrización básica de SAP HCM
- Creación y adaptación de conceptos de nómina y de tiempos
- Adaptar de esquemas y reglas de nómina y de tiempos
-Análisis de log de nómina y tiempos
- Configurar pagas extras, antigüedades, liquidación de vacaciones, indemnizaciones, complemento IT, propuesta de conceptos de
nómina, configuración de características.
- Configuración de estructura organizativa
- Realizar documentación de cambios realizados
- Realizar pruebas unitarias e integradas
