We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Content Creative with a strong focus and passion for social media. We want deep expertise in content creation and copywriting, and a strong understanding of the fashion industry.

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, be based in Barcelona, and be a true digital native. If you are on top of the trends at Tik Tok, have already used AI to save time, have a knowledge of art direction and sensibility towards all things fashion and culture, you are the one.

 4-day work-week: we work 34 hours within a 4-day work week to enhance creativity and balance. In addition, we have flexibility of time in and out.Offices open to the sea: we are in the Barceloneta facing the Mediterranean Sea.  Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of professional copywriting experience, with a focus on social media campaigns.Strong knowledge of and experience with generative AI tools for text writing.Native or near-native English proficiency.A portfolio showcasing your expertise in social media content creation and copywriting.Proven track record of successful social media campaigns and content that drives engagement.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent organizational and time-management skills.Located in or willing to relocate to Barcelona.Key skills:
 Social Media Expertise: Lead the development of compelling and engaging social media campaigns, including content creation, copywriting, and strategy for our fashion and tech clients. Be able to develop narratives for social media, strategies on how to use fashion campaigns on owned channels, and create compelling storytelling.Digital Native: Stay up to date with the latest digital trends, platforms, and language, with a strong focus on TikTok and Meta.Tech Savvy: Utilize generative AI tools to enhance content creation and streamline processes while maintaining a human touch.Fashion Focus: Leverage your deep understanding of the fashion industry to create content that resonates with our target audiences. Be able to use a young, fresh tone of voice that appeals to a wide consumer.Content Strategy: Develop and implement effective content strategies that align with our goals and drive engagement on social media.Visual Integration: Collaborate closely with our design team to integrate text seamlessly with visuals, ensuring a cohesive and visually appealing content.Trend Awareness: Stay ahead of social media trends, incorporating them into your content to keep our campaigns fresh and appealing.Art Direction: Having knowledge of art direction or a sensibility for curating images with content is a plus. Knowledge of graphic design is also a plus.Fashion Trend Knowledge: Stay updated on fashion trends and communication strategies within the industry
