En Kenos Technology estamos en búsqueda de un talentoso Product Designer con más de 3 años de experiencia para unirse a nuestro equipo innovador. 🚀

Como diseñador de productos, desempeñarás un papel clave en el desarrollo y mejora de nuestros productos. Trabajarás estrechamente con equipos multidisciplinarios, incluyendo diseñadores, desarrolladores y especialistas en experiencia de usuario con el objetivo de crear experiencias de usuario atractivas y funcionales.

Responsabilidades:

Análisis e Investigación: Realizarás análisis de datos y diferentes tipos de investigaciones para comprender el comportamiento y las necesidades de los usuarios. Utilizarás estos conocimientos para informar tus decisiones de diseño.Ideación y Conceptualización: Generarás ideas y conceptos innovadores para nuevos productos o mejoras de productos existentes. Participarás en sesiones de brainstorming y colaborarás con el equipo para desarrollar soluciones creativas y viables.

Requisitos:

Experiencia Dura:

Experiencia Comprobable: Se requiere una experiencia mínima de 3 años en diseño de productos o roles similares.Diseño de Interacción y Experiencia de Usuario: Debes tener un sólido conocimiento y experiencia en el diseño de interacción y en la creación de experiencias de usuario atractivas y funcionales.Herramientas de Diseño: Buen nivel en el uso de herramientas de diseño como Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD u otras herramientas similares.Prototipado y Testing: Debes tener experiencia en la creación de prototipos interactivos, así como comprobando su validez con usuarios.Sistema de Diseño: Debes tener experiencia trabajando con sistemas de diseño, habiendo creado o modificado componentes.

Habilidades Blandas:

Trabajo en Equipo: Debes ser capaz de colaborar eficazmente con otros miembros del equipo, como diseñadores, desarrolladores y partes interesadas, para lograr los objetivos del proyecto.Comunicación Efectiva: Debes tener excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita para transmitir tus ideas y presentar tus diseños de manera convincente.Gestión de Proyectos: Debes ser capaz de gestionar eficientemente tus proyectos, establecer prioridades y cumplir con los plazos establecidos.
