  • Act as a lead and should be able to communicate effectively amongst business stakeholders, internal and external teams
  • Ability to match between customer requirements in Order Management O2C (Order to cash), AR (Accounts Receivable) processes and product functionalities.
  • Understand business requirements, document them in standard formats, obtain business user approval and work them seamlessly into the existing framework
  • Familiar with data model, feature definition, extensive screen and report definitions in the O2C space.
  • Plan and responsible for quality testing including user acceptance testing.
  • Experience with Business Process Modelling methodologies and practices
  • Exposure to modern user interfaces and a flair to keep abreast with technology
  • Ability to learn new processes / domains
  • Excellent Written and Oral Skills
