¿Qué harás en tu nuevo puesto?
Planificar el calendario anual de los pedidos de compra según los parámetros definidos con el objetivo de mantener un stock optimo y de calidad (cantidad y caducidad)Mantener actualizados todos los parámetros relativos al aprovisionamiento de las fichas de producto y proveedor Asegurar que los pedidos de compra se realizan según planificaciónGarantizar que la cantidad a pedir es la óptima según parámetros aprovisionamientoNegociación y contratación del transporte de compras y venta con el apoyo del Dirc. De Supply y análisis del coste mensual para garantizar cumplimiento del coste presupuestado.Planificación y consolidación de las cargas de todos los pedidos de compra (contratación del transporte según asignación por proveedor y país)Asignación del horario de descarga en coordinación con la Responsable de Recepción y actualización de la fecha de descarga en los pedidos de compra.La mercancía la recibimos en tiempo y forma para su entrada en stock y posterior etiquetado (si fuera necesario), para evitar roturas de stock y en caso contrario coordinarse con la Resp. De compras para la implementación de medidas correctoras.Las diferentes fechas de pedido están actualizadasContratación de los diferentes operadores de transporte mediante tender y realización de comparativas de precios para su posterior aprobación, manteniendo los estándares de calidad y asegurando el coste presupuestado anual.Volcado del coste transporte de venta en el ERP y reclamación de posibles errores y o duplicadosAprobación de las promociones = asegurar que según los plazos de aprovisionamiento y stock podemos aprobar las promociones solicitadas por el departamento de Ventas y Marketing
¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?
Formación en cadena de suministros y gestión compras
Conocimineos de trazabilidad en productos de aliminetación
Conocimientos de idiomas: Castellano, Catalán e inglés, Francés (como adicional)
Informática: Experimentado/a en: Microsoft Office (con Excel medio), Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision).
Experiencia en el puesto:
Apreciable 5 años en.
