Global Services, 2K’s worldwide centralized services is a diverse group of teams offering varied specialized services to help create innovative game experiences. Our Global Services 2K Valencia studio in Spain is seeking an experienced Producer who is ready to drive and support development teams in the creation, delivery, and optimization of software initiatives in several exciting AAA projects.

In this role, you will help teams and projects track progress and ultimately reach their goals using strong organization, collaboration, and communication skills.

• Drive one or multiple projects simultaneously across different stages of the development lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary leaders to establish and maintain development priorities across multiple teams and project dependencies.
• Anticipate, manage, and propose practical improvements for potential roadblocks to achieve team and project goals.
• Provide transparency on overall project health (including current state, progress, risks and blockers) to other collaborators of various levels and technical backgrounds, setting expectations, risks, and needs appropriately.
• Write clear, concise, and accurate documentation and email communications to effectively summarize complex topics and achieve alignment.
• Work with external vendors and studios across different time zones.

• At least 2 years of production experience in the gaming industry where you've managed cross-functional teams in the creation and delivery of complex projects.
• Experience in production with external vendors is preferred, although not a requirement.
• Broad knowledge of project management and Agile methodologies.
• Deep understanding of software development process, project management practices, and an in-depth understanding of game development.
• Have the ability to communicate with varying levels and backgrounds of development partners, within your team and throughout the company.
• Ability to adapt and be effective in new situations within a highly dynamic environment.
• Ability to plan and supervise numerous near-term steps in the pursuit of long-term goals.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Knowledge and experience with Jira and Excel.
