At Neotalent we are looking for a Junior Project Manager profile on the ERP side. It's a 100% remote position, but part-time for a 4-month project (with a strong chance of being extended).RoleSupport business needs by translating their priorities into value-add ERP projects Identify continuous improvement initiatives for delivering business goals Identify business value to prioritize projectsWork closely with users and developers (external and internal) to do the functional design, define scope, and deliver projectsPlanning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverablesCommunicate and develop training materialMonitor the adoption of developments across the organizationAct as a first-level support in managing critical issues on business IT platforms Promote creativity and innovation by keeping informed of IT trends and strategyResponsibilitiesIdentify and shape business-focused IT projectsAssist the technical team in the implementation, adaptation, and testingEstablish and manage a clear fact base on the benefits each project will deliver and take action to ensure benefits are realizedDesign the best functional solution together with the technical teamEnsure the business understands and is committed to executing its tasks and obligationsEnsure new developments and processes respond to business needs and IT best practicesEnsure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standardsEssential KnowledgeProject management knowledgeTrack Record of successfully handling projects ERP knowledge and consultant experienceFluency in English Desirable KnowledgeDynamics 365FO knowledge and experienceERP MOVEX or AS-400 knowledge and experienceExperienceAt least 3 years in an equivalent role or ERP consultant
