Nuestro cliente, compañía especializada en Soluciones Tech, Cloud e IA precisa incorporar un perfil de Tech Strategy Business Consultant en sus oficinas de Madrid. Se trata de un perfil que desee continuar desarrollando su conocimiento y capacidad de interlocución tecnológica en generar propuestas de valor de negocio en el ámbito de las arquitecturas tecnológicas desde una perspectiva Data Driven

FUNCIONES:
• Liderar las parte comercial y consultiva de servicios estratégicos de tecnología.
• Identificación de oportunidades comerciales en cliente, y Generarcion de propuestas de valor diferenciales, que trasladen a nuestros clientes cómo innovar, escalar el crecimiento y ser más competitivos a través de la arquictecturas cloud / Data / Inteligencia Artificial.
• Participación en proyectos con múltiples perfiles técnicos y de negocio, con comunicación a todos los niveles.
• Traducir problemas empresariales complejos en soluciones robustas que impulsen la innovación que ofrece la nube. Evaluar el impacto de las distintas alternativas estratégicas para transformación digital. Identificar y definir soluciones basadas en cloud para los clientes.
• Revisar el modelo tecnológico del cliente, evaluando su plataforma tecnológica y prácticas de arquitectura empresarial. Ayudar en la conceptualización de nuevos paradigmas tecnológicos como Sustainable Cloud, Distributed Platform, Composable Platform, Convergent IT, IT as a Service, etc.
• Investigar tendencias tecnológicas globales y sectoriales a fin de identificar escenarios de transformación tecnológica.
• Colaborar en la creación de modelos de arquitectura empresarial y plataforma tecnológica que reflejen las estrategias y objetivos de negocio del cliente.
• Localizar formas de reducir costos en TI como forma de impulsar la transformación tecnológica del cliente.
• Participar en la creación de visiones de transformación tecnológica, planes plurianuales y hojas de ruta de transformación de la plataforma tecnológica del cliente.

Requisitos:

>6 años de experiencia en el sector de consultoría o tecnología de CIO Advisory (IT Strategy, IT Transformation & Operations, IT Sourcing), en proyectos de estrategia/transformación digital y experiencia con servicios Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)


Liderazgo de equipos en proyectos de software complejos (Gestión del cambio, gestión de recursos, riesgos, demanda, gestion economica), .

Conocimientos de organización de áreas de Informática de empresas, catálogos de servicios de tecnología, aplicaciones, sistemas, infraestructuras, comunicaciones, etc. para la ideación de nuevas propuestas de valor.

Experiencia en la venta y ejecución de consultora estratégica de tecnología

Habilidades de liderazgo en la gestión de un equipo de PreSales. Capacidad para diseñar y presentar ofertas persuasivas y personalizadas a clientes.

Capacidad de desenvolverse en un entorno de trabajo dinámico y multidisciplinar.

Orientación a resultados, capacidad analítica y de espíritu de equipo.

Buenas capacidades de comunicación, presentación y relacionamiento.

Nivel alto de inglés Inglés C1 o superior.
