The right people are essential in this.Would you like to contribute to this as Operations Assistant in Seville?We are looking for a dynamic, versatile Operations Assistant, who is eager to join our team in La Palmera, one of the newest student residences in Seville, built in the heart of Avenida de la Palmera, one of the most exclusive areas of the Andalusian Capital.Job description:Reception:

You take care of the customer service; you help students at the counter, by mail, and over the phoneYou manage reservations and therefore the check-in and check-out process. You provide our students with the necessary keys, cards and informationYou receive & manage the mail and parcels You monitor the building and take care of coordination between the different departments (cleaning, catering, maintenance & gardening) You apply the neccesary protocols in emergencies

Reservations and sales

You support the administration office You manage the reservations, also those of the common roomsYou accompany visitors and future clients during open days, a tour of the facilities, etc.You accompany the companies during inspection visitsYou contribute to the direct sales

This role requires you to work in shifts, with a rotating schedule of 40-hours a week, planned within Monday to Sunday from 7am to 11pm with corresponding weekly breaks and holidays. Your profile:

Studies in relation to Hospitality Industry, Tourism, and Business Administration (formative degrees, diplomas …) will be positively valuedYou are fluent in Spanish as well as English You know how to work with MS Office You have interest in and knowledge of costumer service, social networks and new technologies You have experience in activities that require direct dealings with the customer
