As an intern with us, you'll thrive in a dynamic, patient-focused environment, influencing decision-making and optimizing product development to the highest standards of integrity and safety within the realms of Engineering, Quality, and Supply Chain Management.

Part One is a 6-month internship, where you’ll train with the passionate team members who are making a meaningful impact at Edwards.

Subject to satisfactory evaluations of Part One, you will move to a 12-month postgraduate placement where you’ll gain hands-on experience supporting the work we do for patients.

Location: Valencia, Spain

Duration: 6 months internship, 40 hours/week

Start: July or September

After our recruitment process, you will be selected into one of our three teams based on your background and skills.

Quality Compliance

Focused on supporting partnership satisfaction, you‘ll investigate customer inquiries and, provide timely resolution to complex obstacles.Key skills: communication, relationship-building, attention to detail

Quality Systems

Responsible for patient-critical processes, you‘ll assist with shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and handle software management.Key skills: analytical, problem-solver, attention to detail

Quality Software

Ensuring that non-product related software used to support regional operations are validated and meeting regulatory standards (such as ISO 13485 and GAMP5)Key skills: analytical, tech-savvy, communicative

What you’ll need:

Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master) of Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharma or any other related field OR Informatics Engineering, Telecommunication Technologies, Industrial Computing or any other related fieldIn the last year of the degree, so you can move to the postgraduate placement after completion of internship and graduation from univeristyFull-time (40h/week) availability for min. 6 monthsComfortable working in English and SpanishProblem-solving and critical thinking skills
