Responsabilidades clave:
Armar la propuesta de valor a nivel de desarrollo en el marco del nuevo modelo de talento de CaixaBank.Diseñar, implementar y hacer seguimiento de la misma.Interlocutar y coordinar los distintos stakeholders en el despliegue, ejecución y medición de resultados de los programas/acciones.Interlocutar, gestionar y negociar con proveedores externos.Diseño, implementación, seguimiento y evaluación de los programas de desarrollo.Gestión presupuestaria de los proyectos a gestionar.Requerimientos mínimos:
Estudios de Comunicación, Marketing, ADE, Económicas, Empresariales, Derecho, Psicología.Profundo conocimiento y experiencia demostrable de Learning & Development en grandes empresas.Habilidad de relación interpersonal y negociación.Capacidad de comunicación, planificación, síntesis, gestión y coordinación de equipos transversales.Resiliencia y adaptabilidad.Buen uso y conocimiento de tecnología.Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y transversalmente con otras áreas y departamentos.Disponibilidad para viajar ocasionalmente.Idiomas: castellano e inglés nivel alto.Competencias clave:
Iniciativa y autonomía en el desarrollo de las tareas asignadas.Capacidad creativa e inquietud por mejorar los procesos internos y servicios ofrecidos.Capacidad de innovación
