Desde Padthaiwok empresa líder en restauración del tag asiático en España buscamos un Área Manager para nuestros locales. Es una posición clave en la gestión y supervisión de las operaciones de varios restaurantes tanto propios como franquiciados.


Responsabilidades


Gestión de Personal: Supervisar y coordinar al equipo de gerentes de cada restaurante dentro de la zona asignada. Esto puede incluir la contratación, capacitación, programación de turnos, evaluaciones de desempeño y resolución de conflictos.


Control de Calidad: Garantizar que todos los restaurantes mantengan los estándares de calidad en cuanto a la comida, el servicio al cliente, la limpieza y la presentación. Esto puede requerir inspecciones regulares, retroalimentación constante y la implementación de medidas correctivas cuando sea necesario.


Gestión Operativa: Supervisar las operaciones diarias de los restaurantes, incluida la gestión de inventario, la gestión de costos, el cumplimiento de las normativas de seguridad alimentaria y la maximización de la eficiencia operativa.


Estrategia de Ventas y Marketing: Colaborar con el director de operaciones para desarrollar e implementar estrategias efectivas de ventas y promoción dentro de la zona asignada. Esto puede incluir la planificación de eventos, campañas publicitarias locales y colaboraciones con empresas o instituciones de la zona.


Gestión Financiera: Supervisar y gestionar el presupuesto asignado para cada restaurante, así como analizar los informes financieros para identificar áreas de mejora y oportunidades de crecimiento dentro de la zona.


Atención al Cliente: Asegurar un alto nivel de satisfacción del cliente en todos los restaurantes de la zona, abordando las quejas y preocupaciones de manera oportuna y efectiva, y fomentando un ambiente acogedor y de servicio al cliente en todo el equipo.


Cumplimiento Legal: Garantizar que todos los restaurantes cumplan con las regulaciones y normativas locales, estatales y regionales relacionadas con la industria de servicios de alimentos, incluidas las leyes laborales, de seguridad e higiene.


Requisitos


Experiencia demostrable de al menos 3 años en posición similar.Capacidades analíticas sobre las ventas del local e implementación de palancas para su mejoraHabilidad de liderazgo y gestión de equiposActitud proactiva a la hora de resolver problemas y proponer mejoras en la zona asignadaDisponibilidad para viajar esporádicamente a restaurantes de la zona asignada (carnet de conducir tipo B)Salario según experiencia y valía del candidato
