El candidato ideal será un profesional altamente creativo y técnico, con experiencia en el sector bancario y habilidades sólidas tanto en UX como en UI. Buscamos a alguien que se destaque por su autonomía, predisposición e iniciativa, y que tenga una sólida comprensión y experiencia trabajando en entornos ágiles.
Funciones:
Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios para definir y ejecutar soluciones de diseño centradas en el usuario.Desarrollar wireframes, prototipos y mockups de alta fidelidad que cumplan con los requisitos de negocio y usuario.Diseñar interfaces de usuario atractivas y funcionales, asegurando una excelente experiencia de usuario.Aplicar y mantener sistemas de diseño, garantizando la coherencia y eficiencia en los productos digitales.Realizar investigaciones de usuarios y pruebas de usabilidad para obtener insights valiosos que guíen el diseño.Participar activamente en ceremonias ágiles (scrum, sprint planning, stand-ups, etc.) y colaborar estrechamente con desarrolladores, product owners y otros stakeholders.Requisitos:
Experiencia demostrable como Diseñador UX/UI, preferentemente en el sector bancario.Fuerte habilidad en el diseño tanto de UX (experiencia de usuario) como de UI (interfaz de usuario).Conocimiento profundo y experiencia en la aplicación de sistemas de diseño.Capacidad para trabajar de manera autónoma, con una alta predisposición e iniciativa.Experiencia en metodologías ágiles y capacidad para adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico.Habilidades en herramientas de diseño como Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, InVision, entre otras.Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y capacidad para presentar ideas de manera clara y convincente.Ofrecemos:
