From the Financial Division of WeHunt we are looking for a Payroll Specialist - German for an important multinational company in the chemical sector located in Alcalá de Henares (Madrid).Purpose of this positionThe job holder is responsible for carrying out all processes relating to the preparation of monthly payroll accounting for his/her defined area of responsibility, the remuneration-relevant certification system and the administration of personnel master data.Main responsibilities and tasksImplementation of professional and timely payroll accounting with all preparatory and follow-up workFirst point of contact for employee questions regarding payroll accounting, social insurance, company pension scheme, time management (Ludwigshafen)Payroll-relevant certificates, reporting and correspondence with offices, authorities, health insurance funds and insurance companiesSupport in the preparation of reportsProject workActive participation in the preparation of the annual financial statements in the context of payroll accountingRequirement profile (M/F/D)Bachelor's degree specializing in human resources or commercial training with further training as a payroll accountantProfessional experience desirableSound knowledge of payroll tax and social security lawSound knowledge of System LOGA (payroll) and Workforce (time recording)Confident handling of MS Office productsStructured and independent way of workingStrong teamwork and communication skillsGood knowledge of German and English
