IT Presales Business Analyst

Analizar y entender los requerimientos de los clientes.
Proponer soluciones IT que se alineen con las necesidades del negocio del cliente
Análisis de los diferentes proyectos de software (principalmente facturación electrónica).
Contacto con diferentes PMs.
Realización de análisis técnicos.
Realización de documentación.
Participación en reuniones técnicas comerciales junto al equipo de venta.
Elaboración de PoC y licitaciones, así como negociación de diferentes contratos y apoyo en el cierre de los mismos.
Presentaciones técnicas
Participarás en el diseño y desarrollo de la formación sobre el producto, siempre desde la parte de vista técnica.
Colaborar con el equipo de desarrollo para asegurar la viabilidad de las soluciones propuestas.
Asegurar la satisfacción del cliente a través de un seguimiento efectivo post-venta.
Contribuir a la mejora continua de los procesos y prácticas de preventa.

El/la candidato/a seleccionado deberá cumplir los siguientes requisitos:
Grado en Informática, Telecomunicaciones o similar.
Experiencia en proyectos de desarrollo o de implementación de SW.
Conocimientos sólidos en análisis de negocios y preventa en el área de IT.
Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y presentación.
Fuerte orientación al cliente y habilidades de resolución de problemas.
Valorable experiencia en entorno de consultoría tecnológica.
Nuestro cliente es una gran empresa de servicios empresariales con sede en Paterna. Con más de 500 empleados, se centra en proporcionar soluciones de análisis de IT de alta calidad a una variedad de industrias.
Un salario entre 32-38000 euros al año.
