Sigue leyendoTu misión será implementar el cumplimiento del Plan Estratégico de Expansión de Alcampo en su zona, así como responsabilizarte del buen funcionamiento y optimización desde el punto de vista inmobiliario de los activos asignados a tu región con el apoyo de los responsables de las respectivas zonas de vidaSi eres seleccionado/a podrás colaborar en las siguientes funciones:Área de Expansión:- Prospectar el mercado y proponer nuevas ubicaciones de tiendas en su zona de influencia.- Análisis de viabilidad de los emplazamientos propuestos, tanto por el mismo como por la zona de vida, desde el punto de vista urbanístico y legal.- Liderar el proceso de negociación con la propiedad desde la oferta y cierre de la negociación hasta la apertura.- Realizar el análisis del proyecto de inversión para su presentación en el Comité de Inversiones de Alcampo, incluyendo estudio de mercado, estimación de costes, creación del dosier y supervisión de todos los análisis técnicos y legales necesarios para la viabilidad del proyecto.- Gestión del proceso de desarrollo urbanístico de los emplazamientos y obtención de permisos y licencias incluyendo la relación con todas las administraciones y organismos implicados en el proceso..Asset Management: Conocer, actualizar y gestionar todos los datos relevantes de los activos situados en su región:- Realizar seguimiento de los contratos.- Renegociar las rentas de los activos .- Participar en las tareas de regularización de activos, (actualización de licencias, Data Room, etc.)Ser el referente de cada uno de los activos:- Representar y defender los intereses de Alcampo con propietarios, Comunidades y Administraciones.- Realizar el seguimiento y supervisión de reformas, acuerdos y negociaciones que puedan afectar a la explotación del activo.- Potenciar la máxima rentabilidad de los mismos realizando propuestas que optimicen su valor.- Apoyar y acompañar a la explotación de los activos ante cualquier dificultad que pueda surgir en el uso de los mismos.Aptitudes y conocimientos deseados:- Formación universitaria, ADE o similar (Economía, Máster en gestión de activos..)
- Usuario avanzado de herramientas ofimáticas (Excel, Entorno Google Suite), valorable conocimiento de Autocad.
- Inglés y/o francés, nivel B2.
- Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad para viajar.
