The Chef De Partie will be responsible for day-to-day tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating. They will work closely with the Head Chef to ensure high-quality dishes, maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards, and collaborate with other kitchen staff members.QualificationsExperience in food preparation, cooking, and platingKnowledge of various culinary techniques, ingredients, and equipmentAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and teamwork skillsFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysFood hygiene and safety certificationsExperience working in fine dining or high-end restaurants is preferredCulinary degree or relevant training is a plus
